Whale Watching in Carlos III Island 5days,4nights
Marine Park Francisco Coloane, Strait of Magellan
Located in the far south of Chile, Carlos III island is a feeding site for humpback whales, returning here every year between November and June.
Day 1 Punta Arenas- Hosteria Faro San Isidro
Transfer from Punta Arenas to Voces Bay to embark and sail for 30 minutes de Strait of Magellan. Arrive in Hosteria Faro San Isidro, dinner and overnight.
Day 2 Carlos III Island
We sail the Strait of Magellan for 8 hours aprox. On arrival at the campsite, we will have time to walk around and spend time watching whales....
Day 3 Carlos III Island
We will spend our day watching whales,penguins, sea lions and sea birds. Afternoon navigation to see the Santa Ines Glacier.
Day 4 Punta Arenas
In our final day we leave the island sailing through the Strait of Magellan arriving in Punta Arenas around 20:00. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 5 Good Bye!
Transfer to the airport for flight out
